Terms and Conditions – Casino 365 Pakistan Gaming Platform

The following terms carry the meanings given to them throughout these Casino 365 Terms and Conditions. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a player on our platform.

By accessing Casino 365, completing the registration process or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these Terms. This acceptance is binding immediately upon account creation.

Casino 365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of Casino 365 following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any translation being provided, the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation.

To use Casino 365's paid services – including depositing real PKR and placing bets – you must register an account. During registration, Casino 365 requires the following accurate information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• Date of birth (must be 18 years or older – see Section 4)
• Valid Pakistani mobile number
• Valid email address
• A unique password of your own choosing

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Casino 365 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or another person's details, is a serious breach of these Terms. Casino 365 uses advanced identity verification and device fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be immediately suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Casino 365 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide copies of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other supporting documents as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts that cannot be verified within the stipulated time may be restricted until verification is completed.

Casino 365 operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Casino 365 for real money. This is not a guideline – it is a hard requirement and is enforced.

By registering, you confirm and warrant to Casino 365 that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not unlawful

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Casino 365 account, whether or not you personally initiated it. • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account
• Log out of Casino 365 after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Notify Casino 365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Casino 365 may temporarily suspend an account it believes has been compromised pending a security review. During this period, all transactions may be paused. This is done to protect your funds and is not a penalty.

Casino 365 processes withdrawal requests from verified accounts as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Within 10 minutes of approval, available 24/7
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 15–20 minutes of approval
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Within 2–6 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days per card network processing timelines

The minimum withdrawal amount on Casino 365 is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees on standard Casino 365 transactions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your Casino 365 account.

Verification Requirement: Casino 365 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. First withdrawal requests from a new account are always subject to identity verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to your casino balance.

Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of funds that include or are derived from bonus credits is not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Casino 365's system separates real money and bonus balances clearly in your account dashboard at all times.

Casino 365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time the offer is presented. • Each Casino 365 player is entitled to claim each welcome offer only once, across all accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address or payment method.

• Casino 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus funds already credited to your account.
• Any player found attempting to abuse bonus offers – including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or exploiting technical errors – will have bonus funds forfeited and may have their Casino 365 account permanently closed.

All bets placed on Casino 365 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual game types – sports betting, cricket betting, slots, fishing games, Andar Bahar and Ludo – are published within each game section on the Casino 365 platform.

• The minimum bet on Casino 365 is Rs 10 for most games. Maximum bet limits vary by game and room type and are displayed before each wager is placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed on Casino 365, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by a Cash Out feature for that market.
• Casino 365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a technical fault, incorrect pricing or data feed malfunction. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's balance.
• All cricket betting markets on Casino 365 are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC). DLS results are accepted as official for the purpose of settlement.
• Casino 365 game outcomes produced by certified RNG systems are final. There is no mechanism to appeal the outcome of a game that has been played and completed normally.
• Players may not use any software, bot, algorithm or artificial intelligence tool to place bets on Casino 365 automatically or to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of Casino 365's Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Casino 365 account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using Casino 365 for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, software errors or payment system vulnerabilities on Casino 365
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with Casino 365 games
• Collusion with other Casino 365 players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers jointly
• Depositing using a payment method not registered in your own legal name
• Allowing a minor under 18 to access or use your Casino 365 account
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Casino 365 support staff or other players
• Attempting to access Casino 365's backend systems, databases or APIs without authorisation

Casino 365 monitors all player activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Casino 365 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, void bets, permanently close the account, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Casino 365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of outstanding bonus fund requirements) will be refunded to your primary registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Closure by Casino 365: Casino 365 reserves the right to close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe
• Prohibited conduct has been detected
• A player has requested self-exclusion under Casino 365's Responsible Gaming tools
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure

Where Casino 365 closes an account for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. Legitimate real money deposits made before a breach are generally returned; winnings derived from activity that breached these Terms may be forfeited.

Casino 365 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. Casino 365 provides the following tools to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 48 hours to activate.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at intervals of your choosing. Casino 365 will notify you of your session duration at the set time.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your Casino 365 account for 24 hours to 6 weeks. Takes effect immediately; no marketing during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently restrict your Casino 365 account for a minimum of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years. Cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-ups showing your session time and net result during play.

Casino 365's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform is limited to the real money balance held in that player's Casino 365 account at the time of the claim. Casino 365 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of anticipated winnings
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers including payment processors, game providers or internet service providers
• Losses arising from a player's own error, negligence or breach of these Terms
• Losses arising from delays in verification or payment processing outside Casino 365's direct control

Nothing in these Terms limits Casino 365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Casino 365 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments, comply with AML regulations and improve our services. Our full data practices are set out in the Casino 365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering with Casino 365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes
• Casino 365 may share data with licensed gaming regulators, AML authorities and payment processors as required by law
